We recruit and position Healthcare Sales and Marketing Professionals – those with a proven track record in Sales and/or Marketing in Medical Devices or Service, Pharmaceutical or Biotech.

Approximately 25% of our search assignments are for “entry level” candidates who have the following qualifications:

  1. A relatively recent Bachelors Degree (BS or BA required by 99% of our client companies).
  2. No more than 3 previous jobs (1 or 2 preferable).
  3. 1 to 5 (more is NOT better for “entry level”) years outside sales experience with a proven and documented track record working for a large “Fortune 500 type company” known for its sales training and the quality of its outside reps. Examples of such companies include:
